We want you to love your Tuttle Twins fashion pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided directly through the portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
